Resort Construction and Resort Upgrading Projects

• Kanuhura Resort renovation and upgrading works
• Furana Resort renovation and upgrading works
• Turnkey construction project of Palmbeach Island Resort (200 Beds) form the concept designing stage until completion of the project which consists of the following facilities:
• The main complex with reception, lobby, front office, information desk, offices for section heads, shopping arcade (3 shops - summer fashion, jewelry, and souvenir), and managerial administration.
• A dive center.
• Water sports center
• The main restaurant with a bar outlet, and a grill serviced by the restaurant.
• The main bar with an attached disco floor.
• An Al a Carte coffee shop.
• A beach bar.
• An oriental / continental restaurant.
• A sports complex with a fully equipped gym, air-conditioned snooker room, game comer with selected indoor games, first aid medical center, massage parlor, beauty-saloon, table tennis, children's nursery with play ground,  and a snack bar. The out door facilities includes tennis, badminton, swimming pool, 3 whirlpools and a beer garden.
• A service jetty in front of the reception complex, and also short jetty will be build in front of the restaurant and the main bar on the other side of the island, to use incase necessary as a shelter for the vessels during the bad weather season.
• Construction & completion of land Bungalows and jetties of various resorts.
• Construction and completion of water Bungalows in various resorts, including Electrical and Plumbing.
• Assembling and erection of one of the largest pre – fabricated. Water Bungalows in Maldives.
• Construction and completion of water Bungalows including the Mock-Up Room in one of the most difficult seasons (Ramadan) in Maldives. Construction of a Walkway and a Jetty with Pine poles immersed under the Seabed.

Resort Sewerage Disposal and Sanitation Project

• Palm Beach Island Resort’s entire sewer and waste water disposal system and re-circulation work plant, water intake tank and Desalination plant, pump station and water supply system network.
• Soneva Gili Resort & Spa: Land pits, sea pits, sewage tank and treatment plant house construction.

Steel Oil Storage Tanks / Water Storage Tanks and Pre-Fabricated Building Works

• Palm Beach Island Resort Oil storage tanks over head water storage tanks and steel fabricated power house and desalination plant building.
